The colors of fall keep pulling me back to my sketchbook.
These 12 images come from my Autumn Sketchbook Studies, a series of small botanical sketches inspired by the leaves and flowers of the season. Working with crayon, pastel, colored pencil and other materials, I explore fleeting color relationships, from deep reds and purples to warm browns and golden yellows.
My original sketches remain in my sketchbook. This 2027 calendar brings those explorations of autumn color into your everyday life, with a different image to enjoy each month.
A season of botanical art, inspired by the changing colors of the natural world.
